Tasks
Schedule and designate cleaning tasks and responsibilities to cleaners to enable all cleaning to be carried out in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Ensured all associates have sufficient cleaning supplies and the knowledge of how to use them. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse. Maintain a written record of cleaning materials when stock levels are low. Ensure all associates have a complete understanding of the health and safety policies and are aware of the sanitation procedures in all areas. Provide any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties and resolve any issues that may occur on the job. Ensure a clear understanding of customer service guidelines and be proactive in the line of duty. Ability and willingness to work as part of a team, and most importantly, lead a team.
