Job Description:

·        Prepare and cook dishes from the menu

·        Develop and plan menus and daily specials

·        Manage food costs and inventory

·        Ensure high-quality food production and presentation

·        Manage food, kitchen labor, and other kitchen-related costs

·        Oversee inventory and ordering, meeting budget targets, and conducting a food cost analysis

·        Ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards

·        Manage and train kitchen employees

·        Make certain that proper food safety practices are followed

Job Requirement:

-         Completion of secondary school required.

-         Min. 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required.

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $19.50 per hour

Benefits: 4% of salary as vacation pay
