On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
· Inform the staff of the specials, features, and menu changes.
· Ensure all restaurant operations are opened and closed following company policy.
· Conduct performance reviews of the staff.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant and kitchen.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Provide leadership and guidance to all team members through coaching and reviews.
· Handle guest complaints and work with the owner to resolve all guest-related feedback.
· Coordinate with the team to meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow company procedures to increase productivity.
· Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and other supplies.
· Coordinate with the shift manager for everyday operations and maintain financial and administrative records.
