The Restaurant Manager
We are searching for a reliable, innovative, experienced Restaurant Manager to supervise operations at our bustling restaurant; Thai House ( Authentic Thai Restaurant ) restaurant manager's duties include scheduling shifts, balancing cash registers, and overseeing payroll. You should also address customers' complaints and queries in a swift, courteous manner. Ideally, the Manager will also assist in sustaining, directing, and increasing sales growth and profit level

- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Set staff work schedules

- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
